Who deserves the Nobel Peace Prize?
As I was made aware today of the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, I mused at to what the parameters and framework would be for making such a decision! I took into account all the deserving people around the world in high profile positions and those that were not. It also happens to be my 16th Wedding Anniversary and my focus is on my Wonderful Wife today!
I have to take a moment to Thank My wife for saying "Yes" 16 years ago in the gardens at Vizcaya!
As I think about how my wife has been: The Love of my Life, My Confidant, My Cheerleader in all that I do, Awesome Mother of our children, Manager of our home, Homeschool Teacher to our 10 year old daughter, Sarah, Juggler of the constant attention needs for our 21/2 year old daughter, Makayla, caregiver to my Mom, and On and On and On...
I go back to the original thought of ... Who deserves the Nobel Peace Prize? A world Leader that hasn't accomplished anything yet or someone that is not even on the "graph of choices", who is working behind the scenes, in ways that will make more of a difference in this world by loving God, her husband and family, and even strangers, than most world leaders will never know!
And So, I have decided that The Nobel Peace Award, of a Life well deserving of the Honor, should be given to...My Wife...Sandi!
