I want to a take a moment to apologize for The President of The United States of America
Listed below is a copy of the email that I felt needed sending, to Police Commissioner Robert Haas, of the Cambridge Police Department. To be an informed American... I believe that it is important to know the facts before making statements, especially if you are the President of The United States of America. The email speaks for itself and should you agree, then I would request that you send an email of your own to Police Commissioner Robert Haas and pray for our current president that he would not make quick decisions about the future of our country also.

Dear Police Commissioner Robert Haas,
I want to a take a moment to apologize for The President of The United States of America. The President spoke on national television, inappropriately, during a news conference about how your department and officer handled a "personal friend of his" without the least bit of information available to him. Even after stating that he had no details of the situation, he continued his story and discredited the Cambridge Police Department, by calling it "stupid".
I pray that you will continue to back the officer involved and let him know that the majority of the American people are thankful to him and your department for your service "to protect and to serve", and feel that the President spoke out "stupidly" in playing the race card, with a lack of information, as seems to be his motif, during what should have been a press conference about what he would be doing to correct his many failings as President.
Again, Thank You for your service,
